The INOFEA Protease kit provides the opportunity to fully hydrolyze simple and complex protein samples. The kit contains a cocktail of 5 stabilized endo- and exo-peptidases resistant to denaturing agents and to self-digestion. INOFEA’s protease beads are easily separated from the reaction and do not pollute the final product of the digestion. The kit can be used as suggested by the producer but also, it allows customers to try a different combination of proteases on their proteins of interest. Solution digestion procedures are provided.

INOFEA’s Pronase is a mixture of different stabilized endo- and exoproteases with broad specificity which digest proteins to single amino acids. INOFEA’s Pronase beads can be applied for the degradation of proteins during the isolation of DNA and RNA. Being easily collected from the reaction, INOFEA’s Pronase beads significantly improve down-stream purification of production. INOFEA’s Pronase beads can be implemented in continuous or semi-continuous manufacturing processes.
Carboxypeptidase Y is a serine protease with a broad amino acid specificity able to cleave any terminal amino acid including proline from the carboxy-terminus of peptides. The principal action of the enzyme is to remove COOH-terminal residues from polypeptide chains. INOFEA’s Carboxypeptidase Y is a stabilized enzyme which can be easily separated after the reaction is completed.
INOFEA’s Proteinase K is a stabilized broad spectrum serine protease used for the digestion of proteins including DNases and RNases. Being easily separated from the reaction mixture, our Proteinase K beads significantly improve down-stream purification. INOFEA’s Proteinase K beads can be implemented in continuous or semi-continuous manufacturing processes.
INOFEA’s Leucine aminopeptidase is a stabilized exopeptidase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of amino acid residues from the amino-terminus of polypeptide chains reacting most rapidly with leucine residues. INOFEA’s Leucine aminopeptidase can be easily separated after the reaction is completed.
T7 RNA Polymerase from INOFEA is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase with specificity for double-stranded promoters. T7 RNA Polymerase beads are used in the in vitro synthesis of mRNA and can be included in continuous or semi-continuous processes.
INOFEA’s Prolidase catalyzes the hydrolysis of the imide bond between an α-carboxyl group and proline or hydroxyproline. INOFEA’s Prolidase is a stabilized enzyme which can be easily separated after the reaction is completed.
INOFEA’s S1 nuclease hydrolyzes single-stranded RNA or DNA into 5´ mononucleotides. INOFEA’s nuclease beads are applied in the enzymatic degradation of DNA/RNA from proteins and other biologicals. INOFEA’s nuclease beads can be included in continuous or semi-continuous processes.
